Santa, Mrs. Claus, all of the elves and the reindeer are getting busier each day as Christmas Eve is coming. So, be sure your Christmas Wish List is mailed or emailed very soon! When you want to schedule Santa for an event there are a couple of things you should know. Santa and his staff look forward to working with Event Coordinators (that means you, too, Mom and Dad!). He wants to make sure that you understand the “flow” so that your event can run as smoothly as possible. The Event scheduling process starts with your request to Santa for a date and time. Santa would like you to give him a couple of date/time options so that he can accommodate your schedule. So please tell him your preferences (first, second, etc) for the dates/times of your event. Santa also needs to know what kind of visit you are requesting and a phone number where you can be reached. Once Santa receives that information, he will check his schedule and have one of the elves give you a call and/or send an email initially confirming your requested date. Once your date is confirmed, you will receive additional information and instructions on how to make your Santa visit a most memorable occasion. Santa’s calendar fills up fast, so contact him now with the dates you would like and the type of event you are planning. |
